User Agreement

Astrobloom (myastrobloom.com) is a traditional cultural self-discovery and analysis platform. Based on traditional Chinese metaphysical theories, we provide users with cultural personality analysis and trend insight services. All analysis content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice. By using this platform, you agree to the following terms.

• Registration requires a valid phone number or email address
• Users are fully responsible for account security and should safeguard their login credentials
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared
• If you notice any unauthorized login activity, please contact support immediately

Free features include: basic chart generation and partial report overviews. Paid features include: in-depth analysis reports, calendar fortune insights, Natal Slot system, and other premium services. All service content is based on traditional cultural research and falls within the scope of cultural analysis. It is not a scientific conclusion and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

• Users must not use the platform for any unlawful activities
• Analysis results must not be resold commercially or publicly distributed
• Users must not use technical means to interfere with the normal operation of the platform
• Users must not post inappropriate content or infringe on the rights of others

All algorithm models, analysis content, interface designs, brand logos, and other intellectual property of the platform belong to Astrobloom. Ownership of users' personal data remains with the users; the platform only uses such data to the extent necessary to provide its services.

• The platform's virtual currency "Star Coins" is non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise required by applicable law
• Membership services are billed by validity period and automatically expire without auto-renewal
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, whose security measures apply

All analysis results provided by this platform are based on traditional cultural theories and are intended solely for entertainment, reference, and self-discovery purposes. The platform assumes no responsibility for any decisions users make based on analysis results. For matters involving health, legal, or financial issues, please consult the appropriate professionals. The platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party service outages.

The platform reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate some or all services based on business needs, with advance notification to users via in-app messages. Users may request account deletion at any time through "Account Settings"; after deletion, related data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This agreement is governed by applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction.
