Service Overview

Astrobloom (myastrobloom.com) is a traditional cultural self-discovery and analysis platform. Based on traditional Chinese metaphysical theories, we provide users with cultural personality analysis and trend insight services. All analysis content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice. By using this platform, you agree to the following terms.

Account Management

  • Registration requires a valid phone number or email address
  • Users are fully responsible for account security and should safeguard their login credentials
  • Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared
  • If you notice any unauthorized login activity, please contact support immediately

Service Content and Scope

Free features include: basic chart generation and partial report overviews. Paid features include: in-depth analysis reports, calendar fortune insights, Natal Slot system, and other premium services. All service content is based on traditional cultural research and falls within the scope of cultural analysis. It is not a scientific conclusion and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

User Conduct

  • Users must not use the platform for any unlawful activities
  • Analysis results must not be resold commercially or publicly distributed
  • Users must not use technical means to interfere with the normal operation of the platform
  • Users must not post inappropriate content or infringe on the rights of others

Intellectual Property

All algorithm models, analysis content, interface designs, brand logos, and other intellectual property of the platform belong to Astrobloom. Ownership of users' personal data remains with the users; the platform only uses such data to the extent necessary to provide its services.

Contributions

Only authors we verify for a particular language may submit contributions in that language. We may revoke this authorization at any time. These terms apply to the text and images you submit.

  • You confirm that your contribution is original or that you have all necessary permissions to submit it and grant the license below. It must not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or rights in a person's image. This also applies to every image you upload.
  • Contributions must not contain confidential information, contact details or advertising. They must follow every User Conduct rule above and the platform's focus on traditional culture and self-discovery, without making assertions about future outcomes.
  • You retain your copyright. You grant Astro Bloom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute your contribution on our website, apps and community, with attribution under your nickname. If you have no nickname, a generic contributor label is shown.
  • We may adjust formatting and perform technical processing, such as re-encoding images and removing metadata. We may also make necessary edits for compliance, keeping a record of those edits.
  • When the platform takes a contribution offline, public display is temporarily suspended; the license remains valid, and the contribution may be republished after review. The license ends when you withdraw your contribution, delete your account or request deletion through customer support. The following exceptions apply after termination: caches and backups retained for a reasonable period (contribution content in them is cleared within 30 days after account deletion), records required by law and comments already posted by others. Review-event metadata without contribution content is retained for 2 years after account deletion, and longer if needed until any dispute or legal proceedings have concluded. None of these exceptions permits continued public display of the contribution itself.
  • Contributions undergo human review before publication. We may return, take down or edit a contribution and have no obligation to publish it.
  • Unless we separately agree in writing, contributions are unpaid.
  • Reviewers may use third-party AI services to translate a contribution for review. See the Privacy Policy's contribution translation disclosure for the recipients, data sent and handling of the translation.
  • The views in a contribution belong to its author and do not represent Astro Bloom. Published contribution pages display a statement to this effect.
  • You may withdraw a contribution awaiting review yourself. To request that a published contribution be taken down, contact support. Deleting your account takes your contributions offline and deletes their content, images and attribution, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for the content you submit. Nothing in this section limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Payment and Refunds

  • The platform's virtual currency "Star Coins" is non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise required by applicable law
  • Monthly and yearly memberships are auto-renewing subscriptions: unless you cancel, they renew automatically at the end of each billing period and the payment method on file is charged at the then-current price.
  • You can cancel at any time — via Apple ID Subscriptions on iOS, Google Play Subscriptions on Android, or the billing portal on the web. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then and are not charged again.
  • The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Buying it does not automatically cancel an existing monthly or yearly subscription — cancel that separately or you will continue to be billed for it.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, whose security measures apply

All analysis results provided by this platform are based on traditional cultural theories and are intended solely for entertainment, reference, and self-discovery purposes. The platform assumes no responsibility for any decisions users make based on analysis results. For matters involving health, legal, or financial issues, please consult the appropriate professionals. The platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party service outages.

Service Changes and Termination

The platform reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate some or all services based on business needs, with advance notification to users via in-app messages. Users may request account deletion at any time through "Account Settings"; after deletion, related data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction.
